All sales are final. Every watch is pre-owned and sold exactly as described and photographed. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or taste.

If a watch arrives materially different from its listing (wrong reference, undisclosed damage, not running, or missing items that were stated as included), contact us in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos. Do not wear, resize, polish, or open the watch. We will authorize an insured return; after inspection against our pre-shipment video and serial record, we refund the full purchase price and your insured return shipping. These terms govern purchases from Conversation Pieces LLC through this website, by direct inquiry, or through our listings elsewhere. Placing an order means you accept them.

Authenticity. Every watch is inspected before sale to confirm it is genuine and that its components are correct for the reference, with any replacement or service parts disclosed in the listing. We do not sell counterfeit or assembled watches.

Orders and payment. Payment is due in full before a watch ships. We accept Zelle and bank wire at the listed price; credit card payment by secure Stripe invoice is available on request with a 3.5% processing fee. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order and will refund any payment received if we do.

Shipping and risk. Watches ship fully insured with adult signature required. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery to the address you provided.

Returns. All sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the watch. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Domestic orders ship by fully insured FedEx Overnight for a flat $120. Watches ship once payment has cleared, typically within 1 to 3 business days, and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Every shipment is insured for its full value and requires an adult signature at delivery, so please make sure someone is available to sign. We ship only to the billing address on the payment; we do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party addresses. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Each watch is packed in its original box when one is included, or in a protective case, and is filmed running and being sealed before it leaves us. If a package arrives damaged or there is a delivery problem, contact us within 24 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.

International shipping may be available to select countries by prior arrangement. Rates and transit times vary, and the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.

If you are after a specific reference, dial, or configuration, we can source it. We work with a dealer network across the US, Europe, and Japan, and availability, price, and timing depend on the piece and the current market.

Deposits. Watches under $20,000 require a 50% deposit before we place the order; watches at $20,000 and above are paid in full up front. Any balance is due before the watch ships. Deposits are paid by Zelle or bank wire.

Approval first. Before anything is committed, you receive photos, condition details, what is included, and the final landed price, and you approve in writing. Nothing is ordered until you say yes.

Cancellations. Once a sourcing order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed, and if the balance is not paid the deposit is retained to cover our commitment. The only exceptions are a material condition difference from what you approved, or a watch that fails our authentication, in which case your deposit is refunded in full.

Inspection and shipping. Every sourced watch is authenticated and filmed running before it goes to you, then ships fully insured by FedEx Overnight ($120) with adult signature required.
