Watch Services

In-house care for the watches we sell and the ones you already own. We offer two things and do them properly: a complete mechanical service backed by a one-year timekeeping warranty, and case and bracelet refinishing that respects the original lines of the watch.

Mechanical Service

A full service means the movement comes out of the case and is completely disassembled. Every component is cleaned, inspected, and lubricated; worn parts are replaced; the movement is reassembled, regulated, and timed in multiple positions. Gaskets are replaced and the case is resealed. Before it goes back to you, the watch runs on timing equipment and is filmed running.

Every watch we service carries a one-year timekeeping warranty. If it stops keeping time within the year, we make it right.

We service modern and vintage mechanical watches, including Omega, Rolex, Tudor, Breitling, and Cartier. Quartz service and battery replacement are also available.

Case & Bracelet Refinishing

From a light polish that removes desk scuffs to a full refinish that restores the factory brushed and polished surfaces, the work is done by hand and preserves the case geometry, bevels, and edges. We do not round off lugs or thin a case to chase a mirror shine.

A note on vintage: many collectors prefer an unpolished case, and an original finish can add to a watch's value. We will tell you honestly whether a refinish is a good idea for your specific piece before any work is done.

How It Works

  1. Send a request. Fill out the form below with photos and a description of what the watch needs.
  2. Get an estimate. We reply within one business day with a quote, expected turnaround, and shipping instructions.
  3. Send the watch. Ship it fully insured, adult signature required, directly to our watchmaker. The shipping address is provided with your approved estimate, never before.
  4. The work gets done. You receive updates along the way, and the finished watch is filmed running before it ships back.
  5. It comes home. Returned fully insured with adult signature required, along with your service record.

Service or Sell?

Not every watch is worth servicing. If the cost of a service is close to what the watch is worth, selling or trading it toward something else may make more sense. Check the box at the bottom of the form and we will include a complimentary purchase or trade-in evaluation with your estimate.
